RM 932. WLT 932 in Grovebury Road Abbey Wood Estate. Behind is the turning circle used by buses in the early days of the estate. Groom's bread an old establised name from the area, their bakery was at Northumberlad Heath in Erith. Taken over by RHM to produce Mother's Pride bread, it then closed.

Empire's Best 79. EMP 798B. seen at Abbey Wood Railway Station in June 1967 during Railway relief work. 
EMP 798B was owned by Banfields, in their 'Empires Best' fleet which mainly concentrated on the operation of their express service to Clacton.

Tram 97 on service 38. Abbey Wood - Embankment - Abbey Wood. Seen here at The Harrow Inn, Abbey Wood. It looks like a waretime photograph, (the tram has a shade on its light, the lamp post has a white band on, and last of all the barrage balloon above the pub. 

Looking out of the front of one RM on route 180 to another coming the other way. This is Eynsham Drive, Abbey Estate. This scene was captured in July 1970.
