| RM 180. VLT 180. on route 180. Abbey Wood - Lower Sydenham has just
run into Abbey Wood Garage, with a 177 RT behind. 'Let them wonder where
you are.' the Advertisement for Pan-Am airways says. Often waiting passengers
for the 180 would do just this on days when the traffic in Greenwich was
at a standstill due to trouble in the Blackwall Tunnel before the second
tunnel and the approach roads were built.

Wood bus garage. It looks like it is running a short to Woolwich Hare Street.
There wasn't very many shorts worked to Woolwich from Abbey Wood. Not quite
sure what the advertisment 'Shop Early By Bus' means..
